How User Registration Works:
- Users can self-register by visiting your app and clicking "Sign In"
- After creating their account, they appear here with "Pending" status
- You review and approve the account
- Link the user to their client profile so they can access portal features
- User receives approval email and can access the system
- Optional: Use "Invite User" to send invitation message via email/SMS
