Program Summary
  • Vehicle owned by Partner; title remains in Partner’s name.
  • D2E provides: driver placement, insurance coordination (fleet policy access), GPS & monitoring, maintenance coordination, payment collection & compliance.
Program Fees
  • $300 flat fee per active vehicle per month
  • Insurance billed at cost
  • Routine maintenance billed at cost
Key Legal Terms
  • No partnership or joint venture
  • No ownership interest in D2E
  • No guaranteed returns
  • No debt, lien, or obligation of D2E
  • Revenue share only from actual rentals
Maintenance
  • Routine maintenance: Paid from gross before split.
  • Major repairs: Owner responsibility OR paid from owner’s share.
Insurance & Risk
  • Vehicle added to D2E insurance program.
  • Owner listed as Additional Insured / Loss Payee.
  • Owner bears depreciation risk.
Termination
  • Either party: 30-day notice.
  • Immediate termination for non-compliance.
